Legal bases of the draw
1.- Organising company
Fermax Electronica SAU, located at Avenida de les Tres Creus, 133, 46017, Valencia (Spain), with CIF A46036554, is the company in charge of organizing this competition.
2.- User information
The user declares his/her free, express and informed consent to participate in the prize draw by filling in the email field in the Fermax satisfaction survey. The user is aware that he/she is providing his/her data to Fermax Electronica SAU and not to third parties.
3.- Object and procedure of the prize draw
Three Amazon vouchers of €50 each will be drawn from among the users who have completed the Fermax satisfaction survey. The winning users will be contacted by FERMAX within one week of the survey closing date.
By participating, the user who fulfils the conditions accepts the Legal and Privacy Terms.
4.- Duration and geographical scope
The draw is restricted to all Fermax customers who have received the satisfaction survey by email.
The deadline for participating in the competition is the 31st November 2025 (inclusive).
Once this date has passed, the draw will take place within the following 48 hours.
5.-Requirements to participate and description of the procedure
The draw is open to:
All natural persons aged 18 or over who have a Fermax customer account and who have completed the satisfaction survey and who have given their prior consent to participate by providing their email address*.
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Company employees
- Fraudulent profiles.
*The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participating profiles.
6.- Selection of the winner
The winner will be chosen by an online draw among all the participants via the website https://www.sortea2.com/
Each participant will be allocated a participation number and three numbers will be drawn at random to determine the winners. The winners will be notified by the e-mail addresses provided.
If the winners do not contact Fermax Electronica SAU within a maximum period of 48 hours after being informed, the prize will be cancelled and the draw will be held again.
7.- Prizes
3 Amazon vouchers of €50 each.
No prize may be transferred to third parties or replaced by its monetary value.
8.- Reservations and restrictions
Fermax Electronica SAU is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners that prevents their identification.
Similarly, it is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the transport company or email service that may affect the delivery of the prizes.
Fermax Electronica SAU reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who carries out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the draw (jurisdiction in the courts of the city of Valencia, Spain).
Fermax Electronica SAU reserves the right to make changes that may affect the successful completion of the draw when there are justifiable reasons or circumstances beyond its control that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.
Fermax Electronica SAU reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the draw, as well as the right to interpret these legal rules.
Likewise, the organising company shall be exempt from any liability if any of the above cases occur, as well as from any liability for any damages that may arise during the enjoyment of the prize.
9.- Comunication
Fermax Electronica SAU reserves the right to announce the name of the winner of the contest in any media it deems appropriate, without profit and with the aim of lending credibility to the contest.
10.- Data Protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Spanish data protection legislation, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data you have provided on this form will be processed by Fermax Electronica SAU as the Data Controller for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and contacting you if you are one of the winners or, if you have provided your telephone number, for the purpose of conducting the telephone survey. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is that established in Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR (consent). With the exception of data that Fermax must communicate to third parties responsible for delivering the prize of the draw, the data will not be communicated to third parties and will be kept while the data collected in the surveys and the results of the interviews carried out are analysed (for a maximum period of 2 months). As the owner of this data, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to the processing and portability of your data by emailing privacidad@fermax.com. If you disagree with the processing of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency via its website https://www.aepd.es.
