Now, when I’m in the garden, I always know when someone calls, and I can see on my mobile who it is before I open the door. What’s more, if I’m travelling, I can still receive the packages that arrive, saving the courier a second trip or my own time if I’d need to go and collect them on my return. Once you get used to it, you don’t want a normal video intercom.
I had doubts when I had the Fermax WiFi monitor installed. But now I’ve been using it for more than a year and I’d find it hard to live without it. It’s very useful for answering the couriers when they come to drop off a parcel and I’m not at home. I tell them to leave it at the stationery shop next door... and all sorted out!
I’m delighted with the call forwarding to my smartphone. I can open the door for my children if they don’t carry keys with them, talk to my visitors if I’m not at home and open the door without taking the keys out of my bag. I recommend it 100%.

I’ve been using BLUE as a guest user at my parents’ house for a few months now. They’re elderly and very often they don’t hear when someone rings the buzzer, or it takes a long time before they get up and answer it. BLUE has allowed me to take better care of my parents: I know who is calling, I ask them and avoid unnecessary visits or even protect them if I consider the visit to be “inappropriate”, simply by dissuading them as if I were in the house myself. At any time of the day or night, my parents feel safer with BLUE and I feel closer to them. It is simply INDISPENSABLE!
I have been using BLUE for 2 years and over time it’s become an inseparable friend. I live in a house and I find it very convenient to answer the delivery men if I’m not at home and ask them to leave the parcel at the garden entrance, giving them all the delivery’s details. At first, I think they were a bit surprised when I was telling them I wasn’t at home but that they could deliver it anyway, but I think they’re now used to it. In short, it’s a great convenience.
No matter where I am, I always manage to answer all the calls I receive at home, so I can respond to a delivery man and not miss any parcel. It’s also very useful to be able to open the door without keys, although it would be ideal if I didn’t need to open the video to do so. Another useful feature that I’ve used while travelling was to check if the automatic light switches have gone off, so if the WiFi monitor was connected, I knew that there was electricity in the house.
One of the things I like the most is that I can always answer from my mobile even if I’m not at home by giving the impression of being present in the house, for the fear that someone could enter when we’re in or away from home. It’s also been very useful for me to be able to enter the house by opening it with my mobile when on several occasions the door just closed, and we’d left the keys inside the house. The house is simply safer now.
As soon as I moved into a house two years ago, it was clear to me that I wanted to install a video intercom with WIFI. Thanks to BLUE, I can open the door even if I’m not at home, I don’t miss any delivery and with everything we buy online nowadays that's a big advantage. Also, with the latest version of the app, I can see if my husband has opened the door, so I don’t have to worry about it. It makes my life easier!
Fewer keys to carry in my pocket when I go for a run or to throw out the rubbish. When I come home, I turn off the music from Spotify and from BLUE I open the entrance door. No wires and now no keys.
It gives me security as I live alone. The feeling that I can answer or see who is calling my home at any time, whether I am at work, shopping or travelling. It gives me peace of mind. And if I haven’t been able to see in BLUE who is calling, I know that I can check the images of the caller on the monitor.
