After so many years of experience in VDS installations, commissioning, solving incidences and troubles in this system, at the technical department we have elaborated two documents (find enclosed below) in order to summarize the knowledge, practice and know-how about the basic subjects to be taken into consideration for VDS.

After so many years of experience in VDS installations, commissioning, solving incidences and troubles in this system, at the technical department we have elaborated two documents (find enclosed below) in order to summarize the knowledge, practice and know-how about the basic subjects to be taken into consideration for VDS.

On the one hand with the “Essentials” document, the installer will do the first checks and will confirm the proper working conditions of the installation.

On the other hand the “Troubleshooting” document has to allow the installer to do the first tests at site when a problem is faced depending on the symptoms perceived; the objective is that the installer can work as autonomous as possible without necessity of upper support.

Even if finally the installer has to contact you in case he cannot solve the issue by himself, he will give you a lot of valuable information about condition details and tests performed.

As you see we have compressed at maximum (2 sheets) the most important information regarding to VDS System, so that these forms can be taken to site by installers. These documents have to be dynamic, alive and useful.

We hope that with this documentation achieves its main purpose, that means to be more efficient and to optimize the resources to give technical support and to solve incidences.
