Jeremy Palacio has been appointed as the new Managing Director of FERMAX, with the mission of leading the Company management in years to come, formulating and implementing the Company’s growth strategy and worldwide expansion.
He takes over the post from Juan Francisco Sebastián, now retiring after more than 40 years steering the Company. During this period, he has leaded Fermax to become the domestic leader of audio and video door entry systems, as well as a multinational holding with its own subsidiaries and representative offices in 14 countries, trading its products in 76 markets worldwide.
Nevertheless, he will continue to contribute his experience and knowledge as a member of the Board of Directors.
Jeremy Palacio joined FERMAX in 2007 and, after holding different positions, among them as head of the sales subsidiary in the United Kingdom in 2011, he became a member of the executive team with the remit of reinforcing the strategic internationalization plan. Initially as Deputy Director of the International Department, and later, as Corporate Sales Director. In this role, his management was instrumental in the growth of our business in overseas markets and in the global expansion of the brand.
The Board of Directors has entrusted the task of consolidating strategic international expansion in the sector as well as responding to new technological developments based on identifying complementary business activities in parallel to electronic audio and video door entry, such as home automation, building management and the development of new software applications for access control and building security.
