Now, on the point of celebrating the company’s twentieth anniversary in Shanghai, Fermax is inaugurating new facilities. Leaving an old building on the city's outskirts, Fermax has decided to set up in two different locations: one for stock storage and product engineering and another, with a decidedly commercial focus, located in a central area of Shanghai and destined to become an essential part of the brand image in the city.
For this important event, Alberto Maestre the Fermax Shanghai President, travelled from the headquarters which is located in Valencia, Spain to the Asian city. His presence had a special impact among customers, as he was the pioneer who gained Fermax a foothold in China and the person who has most closely experienced the evolution of a brand which, on the basis of a job well done, has become a benchmark for design and quality in the area. He was accompanied by Daniele Camilleri, Supervisor of this subsidiary and project leader in China for over 18 months now.

The event was also attended by several Fermax customers in Shanghai, along with other distinguished guests such as Jason Zhu, representing the Shanghai Security Association and journalists from the specialist press: A&S and Chinese Public Security. Spanish institutions were also represented at the opening, with Ricardo Blasquez (IVEX), Alicia Tamames (ICEX Commercial Attaché) and Lei Ren (Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce).
The new Fermax trading office now host the commercial, technical and branding department staff, as well as the corporate human resources and finance experts. A spacious showroom is at their disposal for working product presentations, as well as training rooms where customers can learn about the latest technology trends in video door entry. The warehouse, meanwhile, is also a modern space, perfectly kitted out for all its specific functions.
