SHARE AND WIN: LEGAL TERMS OF THE RAFFLE
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISING COMPANY
FERMAX ELECTRÓNICA, S.A.U. (hereinafter, "FERMAX") with registered office at Avenida Tres Cruces 133, C.P.: 46017, Valencia (Spain) and with N.I.F. A-46.036.554, is the company organising the prize draw "AMAZON 100€ GIFT CARD" (hereinafter, the "Prize Draw") which will be governed in accordance with the requirements set out in these Legal Bases.
CLAUSE 2.- PURPOSE OF THE DRAW
The purpose of the prize draw is to publicise and promote the use of the FERMAX DuoxMe application (hereinafter, the "Application") among those people living in a building in which a FERMAX 4G connected video door entry system is installed and who have a FERMAX telephone or monitor without Wi-Fi in their homes.
CLAUSE 3.- DURATION AND WINNING ANNOUNCEMENT
The period during which users of the Application may participate in the Sweepstakes will begin on 1 July 2025 at 00:00 hours and end on 31 December 2025 at 23:59:00 hours (hereinafter, the "Participation Period").
CLAUSE 4.- ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
In order to be eligible to participate in the prize draw, the participant must meet the following requirements:
- Be a person over 18 years of age.
- Be legally resident in Spain or Portugal.
- Be a registered user of the Application and have it paired to a FERMAX telephone or monitor without Wi-Fi -valid models: VEO, VEO-XL and VEO-XS- (hereinafter, the "Compatible Devices") in a building with a FERMAX 4G video door entry system.
- You have made at least one referral to another person during the Participation Period via the "Share and Win" option on the Application, provided that this option is available, and that the person who has received such referral has successfully redeemed the code received via the "Redeem Code" option on the Application in accordance with the conditions in Clause 5.
The participant may recommend the Application as many times and to as many people as he/she wishes, increasing the chances of winning the Prize Draw. Thus, for each redemption correctly made by the persons to whom he/she has recommended, according to the conditions of Clause 5, he/she will obtain an entry valid, exclusively, for the draw of the month in which said redemption was made, losing said entry its validity for the draws of subsequent months.
CLAUSE 5.- REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CODE RECEIVED IN THE RECOMMENDATION
The person who receives a referral from another user of the Application can successfully redeem the code received if:
- You have paired the Compatible Device in your home via the App;You are registered with the Application, without being subscribed to any payment plan (i.e. the monthly or annual unlimited plan of the Application);
- You have not successfully redeemed any other promotional codes previously through the Application.
In case of successful redemption of the promotional code, the referred user will enjoy an additional 30 free days of the unlimited plan.
CLAUSE 6.- PRIZES
There will be one (1) winner per month until the end date of the Sweepstakes.
Fermax will inform the winner on a monthly basis via email to the email address used to register on the Application.
The draw will be conducted by random drawing of valid entries during the previous month, i.e. those that have fulfilled all the requirements set out in Clauses 4 and 5.
Each winner will receive one (1) Amazon gift voucher worth one hundred euros (€100) (hereinafter referred to as the "Gift Voucher" or "Prize"). In total, over the duration of the Prize Draw, a total of six (6) Gift Vouchers will be awarded.
The Gift Voucher received by each winner is personal and non-transferable, so in no case may it be exchanged, altered, transferred to third parties or compensation in cash, and may only be used to enjoy it in products or services available on the Amazon.es website in compliance with the other terms and conditions that correspond to the use of the aforementioned website.

Winners will receive the Gift Voucher by email to the email address they used to register on the Application, presumably within one (1) to two (2) weeks of the date on which the winner is known.
CLAUSE 7.- LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, or that the details provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Sweepstakes, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes.
The Gift Voucher given will not be transferable or subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the participants.
FERMAX reserves the right to make any changes, suspend or extend this Sweepstakes in the event of just cause and after prior legal notice.
FERMAX also reserves the right, if necessary, to replace the Prize with another of similar characteristics.
Finally, it should be noted that the Sweepstakes is organised with the aim of encouraging and promoting the registration, matching and use of new users in the Application. For this reason, FERMAX will automatically and immediately exclude from the same any participant who transgresses the rules of honesty and good faith, who behaves in a mendacious, inadequate, fallacious or improper manner, who uses disproportionate, fraudulent or abusive means, or who fails to comply with these Legal Bases in any of their aspects.
CLAUSE 8.- DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of Personal Data Protection and the free movement of such data ("RGPD") and the Spanish Data Protection Legislation, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December ("LOPDGDD"), we inform you that the data provided will be processed by FERMAX ELECTRÓNICA, S.A.U. as Data Controller, for the purpose of making available to the participants the Prize corresponding to their participation in the Sweepstakes.
The legal basis for the processing of the data is that set out in Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR (consent), which is given by participating in this Sweepstakes.
With the exception of the data that FERMAX must communicate to the third parties responsible for delivering the Prize that is the object of the Sweepstakes, the participants' data will not be communicated to third parties and will be kept as long as the Sweepstakes continues to be active and the participant has not unsubscribed. As holders of such data, participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition to the processing and portability of their data by sending an e-mail to privacidad@fermax.com
In case of disagreement with the processing of data, participants can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency via the website https://www.aepd.es.
CLAUSE 9.- EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, FERMAX accepts no responsibility for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of the prize draw, nor for the use made by the participant with regard to the prize obtained from this prize draw, and accepts no responsibility for any damage or prejudice of any kind that may be suffered by participants and/or third parties.
Similarly, FERMAX accepts no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the draw from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the Prize. In the event that this draw cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected during the draw, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of FERMAX and that affects the normal development of the draw, FERMAX reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the draw.
CLAUSE 10.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
The mere fact of participating in the Sweepstakes implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these Terms and Conditions, which will be published under the domain of https://fermax.com/legal/en/duoxme/promo-codes, as well as the provisions included in the Data Protection.
CLAUSE 11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Legal Bases shall be governed by their own clauses and, in all matters not provided for therein, by the provisions of the applicable Spanish regulations. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these Legal Bases.
