FAQs provides a wide collection of technical “questions & answers”, which may help as a first-aid support resource in a lot of common situations.

New FAQs section.

Following FERMAX philosophy regarding technical support, we are pleased to introduce our latest online support tool, just released together with new FERMAX website:


  
FAQs provides a wide collection of technical “questions & answers”, which may help as a first-aid support resource in a lot of common situations. 
Each FAQ corresponds to a very specific case, so questions are answered in a straight way. Therefore each reply pretends to be short and simple, but without forgetting that the explanation must be as best detailed as possible. 

This brand new section can be accessed at FERMAX professional website:

1.    Login to your private area by entering user / password. If not already done, please register in order to get your own access credentials.
 

2.    After login, just click over ONLINE SUPPORT tab, then go to FAQS:
 

Now FAQs section will be displayed: 
 

 

FAQs can be searched by word, but also can be filtered by “Subfamilies”:


 
Additionally, there are several quick filtering options located on the right side of the screen, allowing to focus our target even more precisely:  
 

Once inside one FAQ, in addition to the answer’s information, we can find as well a “Related items” list, with interesting l inks about with this FAQ: documents, subfamilies and products. These link group gives us instantly access to other related information which can help to clarify the answer, like the product user manuals, as shown in the example below:

 

FAQs collection on this website section is increasing day by day, being updated periodically in order to meet the installer's needs in terms of support.
